just watch. if you're a cellist (or anyone, for that matter) who hasn't seen Janos Starker play the 3rd movement of Kodály's Sonata for Solo Cello...it is certainly an experience to put on your resumé. = )

This is one of the most listened to CDs in my library. The ensemble work is top notch in the Duo for Violin and Cello, absolutely amazing. Bottermund/Starker's Paganini Variations is crazy from start to finish and there is no way to listen to this CD without being impressed at both the stunning display of technique and superior musicianship.
