I’m listening through my copy of “Bernstein : The Symphony Edition” right now (60 CDs with probably all his symphony recordings on it) and when I got to Symphonie Fantastique, I noticed there were 6 tracks even though there are only 5 movements. The 6th track is Bernstein discussing the “program” behind the music as well as helping the listener identify the different musical motives within the work. Even if you already know the music, listening to Bernstein discuss it is worth the experience.
